Any European company working on a genuinely novel health solution using tech can apply to pitch at the Summit.
We have three separate pitching tracks, for pre-seed, start-up, and scale-up companies. If you are a member of one of our Knowledge Partners and are selected to pitch, you’ll receive a 15% discount on your pitching package (MEDVIA members receive a 30% discount). We’re also running four free pitching workshops for companies in November-December to make sure you’re pitch perfect and ready to impress investors at the Summit!

At the Summit, we’ve gathered dozens of top impact investors from Europe and beyond. You’ll be pitching in front of a jury and room full of investors specifically interested in novel healthtech solutions, who know you’ve been selected by an expert committee as one of the top European healthtech companies to keep an eye on! Unlike other events, there’s no competition between the pitching and other parallel sessions in the program – here, you’re the main star, and you’ll have the undivided attention of a room full of investors!
The jury will select one winning pitch per category (pre-seed/start-up/scale-up), with the top company awarded prizes tailored to support the further development of their innovation!

To pitch at the Summit in December 2024, you’ll need to apply and then be selected by our jury of experts.
There are three phases of applications:
From March to June 2024, pitching pre-selections were organized by our Knowledge Partners in the following regions:
If you are member of one of these cluster organizations and want to take part in your regional pitching pre-selection event in 2025, feel free to get in touch with their team directly.
The companies pre-selected in this phase are automatically approved to pitch in December without having to go through the Pan-European pitching selections. Thanks to our generous partners, they also receive significant discounts on their pitching packages.
A 3-Step application process:
If selected, you will receive an acceptance notification and a participation contract. You are officially enrolled to pitch once the signed contract is received by us.
If your company is selected to pitch, the following fees apply, subject to 15% discount if you are a member of one of our Knowledge Partners.
MEDVIA members receive a 30% discount on pitching packages.
